Intelligent distribution panel for AC and DC
The BLUETTI Epanel Intelligent Distribution Cabinet is the central AC and DC distribution panel in the RVSolar 48 V Power System. In one compact cabinet, it brings together both the 230 V installation and the 12/24 V DC onboard system. The Epanel distributes, protects and monitors all circuits and forms the link between the RV5 Power Hub and all consumers in your motorhome, boat or compact off-grid setup. This makes your electrical system more organised, safer and easier to expand.

AC distribution (230 V side)
On the AC side, the BLUETTI Epanel acts as the distribution cabinet for your 230 V installation. The panel accepts up to 50 A of AC input current at 120 or 230 V (depending on the version) and distributes it across up to 8 separate AC circuits. Each circuit can handle up to 30 A, with 4 of the 8 circuits being “smart”: they can be monitored and switched individually via the system. This allows you to create separate circuits for air conditioning, boiler, kitchen or outlets, with the assurance that everything is properly fused and centrally monitored.

DC distribution (12/24 V side)
On the DC side, the BLUETTI Epanel is the heart of your 12 V or 24 V onboard system. Via an input range of 10–30 V and up to 100 A, the panel distributes power across 20 separate DC circuits. Each circuit has its own fuse and is rated for currents up to 20 A. This lets you connect lighting, water pump, fridge, fans, USB outlets and other consumers to their own fused circuits. Of the 20 DC circuits, 6 are smart-controlled, so you can switch and monitor key consumers separately via the rest of the system if desired.

Smart functions and monitoring
The BLUETTI Epanel is more than just a passive distribution box. Via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a CAN connection, the panel communicates with the RV5 Power Hub, the B4810 battery and the Epad control panel. This allows you to see per circuit which current is flowing, which fuse may have tripped and which smart circuits are currently switched on or off. With these smart circuits you can, for example, automatically switch off large loads at low battery levels, or enable certain circuits only when sufficient solar energy is available. This helps you use your 48 V energy system more efficiently and consciously.

Physical design and installation
The BLUETTI Epanel Intelligent Distribution Cabinet is designed for installation in a technical compartment or cabinet inside the vehicle or vessel. The cabinet weighs around 3.5 kg and measures approximately 432 × 353 × 105 mm. With a protection rating of IP20, it is intended for dry, protected interior locations, not for outdoor mounting. The specified operating temperature range of roughly –20 °C to 45 °C ensures that the distribution panel remains reliable even in cooler climates and during spring and autumn use.

Integration in the BLUETTI RVSolar 48 V Power System
Within the BLUETTI RVSolar 48 V Power System, the RV5, B4810, Epanel and Epad complement each other. The RV5 converts 48 V from the battery into 230 V and 12/24 V and manages charging from grid power, solar, alternator and generator. The BLUETTI Epanel then distributes this 230 V and 12/24 V further across all circuits in the vehicle, with fuses and smart control. Through the Epad you have everything together on one screen. This makes the Epanel the point where all wiring comes together and your AC and DC installation remains clear, safe and easy to monitor.
