The SUNBEAMsystem Tough+ 116W Carbon solar panel offers a sustainable solution for harnessing energy from your canvas bimini. With its soft, transparent edges, this panel seamlessly integrates for smooth color transitions. The UV-resistant and shock-resistant reinforced top layer ensures long-lasting and stable performance, while the advanced Sandwich Composite Layer optimizes structural integrity and minimizes the risk of delamination, guaranteeing an even more durable and reliable construction.

Thanks to Sunpower solar cells boasting an efficiency of up to 23.7%, this panel delivers powerful performance. Furthermore, the solar cells perform even better in situations with partial shade, thanks to the Shadow Optimized technology. By intelligently distributing and interconnecting the solar cells, more individual cell groups are created on the same surface, further increasing efficiency.

The panels are easily attached with stainless steel LOXX snap fasteners that are affixed to the fabric. For added strength in heavy winds or on fast-moving vessels, the Carbon Velcro Batten is recommended (see accompanying accessories). These spread the point load from the corners over a larger area of the fabric with Velcro strips.
